How to disable IDM fake serial pop up WIN 10 /11

I'm using trial version. Above method does not work for me in 2023.
As It changes value back to 10 after few minutes.

Thanks, this did work for preventing IDM from opening a browser tab, but fwiw, it did not stop the program from creating a popup saying that the license may not be valid and prompting to enter that info.
