Some problems with my homemade arcade controller for PDAFT are solved, but a lot of work in future

I found how to fix some problems, the most of them were with slider, because of paper I used like picture (it's sticker exactly, but I haven't glued it, so there are not one layer, but 2 layers of more if glue is the layer too) and glass some capacity lost. I'll fix it somehow in future. Also there was huge problem with delays of slider work. So that is why now in work totally new hardware solution based on raspberry pi pico where in one device will be combined UART bridge for slider, UART device that will manage arcade lights (lights in buttons and partition lights) and gamepad that used for buttons in game. Some tests already shows a huge advantage over my corrent setup that is much more place uses and it's just hard to work with it, that my corrent problems shows. I have hope it will be much better very soon.
