I have got selected in Genc IT PT role on may. In the month of June I have received a mail that they will be line up on before or during September. My tentative joining date show 27th September, 2022. Bt today I have received a mail that they will be line up before or during February of 2023. And my pre joining formalities still showing in progress. What is the reason for this?

as an ex employee i can tell Laterals not to join Cognizant even if they are paying you far more than other organisations, This company is not trust worthy, it does not have any work culture, there is no transparency, they hire people on any price to fulfill their short goals only, they can hire you upto 30 LPA but fire you with some reason like bench policy and fire you with in six months

Hi i have joined the cognizant FTE . onboarding is over but i got mail to
submit remaining bgv documents and sem memos
but currently i have supply waiting for the results by this month end i may get results.

In some forms of my pre joining formalities it shows that date of joining is oct 3 that is tentative date of joining. When can i expect my actual date of joining? Will it be same as tentative doj or it will extend ?

Brother I have done my internship(PAT).
3rd September i received a mail from Cognizant for 2pending document,1st one is Uploading UG Provisional Certificate.But i don't have UG Provisional & Degree Certificate Because i didn't get from college.I just tik that it is "not available" then i give comment "I didn't get it from college,when i get i can upload" 2nd one is need to sign every page in affidavit.
But i already uploaded my PG(MCA) Provisional Certificate.Then...

Yesterday i got date of joining mail that is 15th sept.

I got offer letter on jan 2022 for GENC
but I can't receive joining letter till now
because they asks to upload marksheet 2 months ago
I can't receive marksheet from my college until now
Is there any chances for reject my offer with this reason

actually i was selected for GenC profile in 2021 October in college placement only.

Then in March 2022 my internship has started and i was mapped to CDB-Dx domain (web development domain) but Genc (4lpa).

Then in May 28th 2022 our whole cohort has remapped to CIS-Servicenow domain.

And when i ask about that servicenow domain to other students which already are there in that domain, they said they have given mcq test in there 8th semester for getting GencPro ServiceNow domain and there salary would be 5.4Lpa for service now domain.

But we didn't gave any test, we directly remapped to ServiceNow domain.

Now i am in Service now domain and when i ask my coach about domain pkg they said they don't know about it.

So can u pls tell me about what is the package for service now domain ??
is it 5.4lpa or 4 lpa only.
