I was expecting to watch physiotheropy exercises!! not have chit chat about it all!!! I DON'T WANT TO GO TO A NHS PHYSIO THERAPYST!!!
ОтветитьExcellent video!
ОтветитьThis was really concise and good... Thankyou soo much
ОтветитьIf you have this. Go to a chiropractor, or have a strong person yank your arm down till you feel a pop. Trust me it will feel weird but it will start the healing process.
ОтветитьI love you sir
ОтветитьWill it be a appropriate to introduce some strengthening exercise during the frozen stage such lat pull, scapular retraction & ER/IR w/ resistance band? Or do just focus on manual therapy and stretching? Thank you. 🙏🏻
ОтветитьIf a patient is outside of the 40-60 age range but has diabetes or thyroid issues would you still consider frozen shoulder as a diagnosis or do these risk factors just increase the chances of someone within this age range developing frozen shoulder?
Ответить2.5 years¿ hell not. my ortho dxed me with this but i don't buy it.. mri to tell.
ОтветитьThanks!
ОтветитьI injured my right shoulder in Sept 2021 and currently have this problem. MRI with Ortho shows no possible tears on the labrum or rotator cuff. It’s painful reaching for things, it feels like my biceps with tear, it’s extremely painful lifting my arm to the side. I have had a cortisone shot with no improvement pain and physical therapy for the past 8 months hasn’t improve mobility or pain. I have also developed a spasm of the shoulder which I call my Tourette shoulder. I am frustrated beyond believe!
ОтветитьI had frozen shoulder in both shoulders., 3 yrs apart. My left shoulder had much worse pain and needed a steroid shot. Now 5 yrs later I have a broken radial head in my right elbow. I'm 60 now, so I believe the frozen shoulder syndrome is from menopause, hormones wacky and the tripping fall that broke my elbow is just from not paying attention. Either way, I'm tired of having to do physical therapy, but it's the only way to heal correctly.

ОтветитьPractical approach to treating Frozen shoulder. If possible please describe more exercises and manual techniques.
ОтветитьIs there any other cause of frozen shoulder other than adhesive capsulitis? I believe my shoulder is frozen because of chronic pain from torn tendons and ligaments
ОтветитьI sure hope this doesn't take me 18 months to get better...I am 7 weeks post shoulder surgery and just diagnosed with frozen shoulder
ОтветитьI got diagnosed with this as a 33 year old, 7 years later and I’m still in the pain phase, starting to think I may have been misdiagnosed. 😂
ОтветитьI've had a 'frozen shoulder' for over 10 years. Had 3 steroid injections over the years but since I started lifting weights last week, it's really kicked it off again. Any suggestions? Thanks.
Ответитьawesome, you know what information we need to know!:D
Ответить12-18 months recovery is very long. How one can accelerate the healing process?
ОтветитьI thought frozen shoulder was when the half to quarter inch of cartilage in the joint disappears and Bone rubs on bone.
ОтветитьNice video, as you know current evidence does not ‘endorse’ capsular pattern as diagnostic indicators. As per new guidelines, in terms of Ax, equal loss of active and passive ER and negative X-ray findings are the key indicators.
ОтветитьPlease speak a little louder or bring the mic closer to your mouth. I used several different devices but it is still too low. Thank you for your fantastic work.
Ответитьthank you .please continue with all cases of physiotherapy
Ответитьthank you very much. Very precise very clear and informative.
ОтветитьGood one...concise & to the point.... Keep up the good work !!!
