Thank you ROSS
ОтветитьTrue, arch types. Surfy work for me. I had a Hag '63, in '83, before y'all say I jumped on the Cobain wagon. Got any weird like Hag/ Dano?
ОтветитьDude casually rips lol
ОтветитьWhat about dat Les Paul, yo?
ОтветитьTalking about a telecaster history without an actual tele 😂😂😂
ОтветитьHe nailed the Eric Johnson style of playing.
ОтветитьSemi hollow is my type i own and very enjoy my green rally 2 ltd edition
ОтветитьGreat video. You play like a pro. I learned a lot. Thanks.
ОтветитьI thought at first that hollow bodies look ugly and I wanted to get a squier tele. But damn the hollow body sounds so smooth and actually is quite beautiful
ОтветитьThat’s an easy one. All of them. Especially ones that are way more money than you can logically afford.
ОтветитьWell done, is your Strat blizzard pearl ?
ОтветитьDude looks like a math professor and plays like a Clapton 🔥
ОтветитьBut which one is your DEATH METAL guitar? 🤔
ОтветитьStick with your keyboard Ross. You're almost there
ОтветитьI enjoyed this video ,but could you add the classic Epiphone 335 or 339 guitar to the list ? thanks! .
ОтветитьYou rip! Loved listening to you. Tasty licks.
ОтветитьWht cant combine all the effets in one box?
It is very inconvenient
the superior guitar type is LP. Thats it.
ОтветитьI’ve seen so many videos like this and people say something along the lines of
“It’s which ever sounds the best”
“It’s what feels the best”
Honestly
Fuck all that
If you pickup a strat and you love how it sounds but hate how it looks
And you pickup a les Paul and hate how it feels but love how it looks and that makes you want to play it more than the strat
Then buy the les Paul
At the end of the day the simple answer to this question is the one that makes you want to play
Weather you want to play one that feels good or looks good
Get the one you want to play
Think about the sound you want if you play clean I would go with single coils every time or low output humbukers especially for jazz as they have a bit more mids for rthat jazz sound. A Tele has a very crisp sound which is great for country twang.
if you want a high distortion metal sound go with highol output humbuckers and some thing with a flatter radius neck to help that fast picking stuff, high output humbuckers sound great with higain distortion they are low noise, tapping will really pop and harmonics will sing.
If it's classic rock higher out put single coil or lowish output humbuckers are great they won't push the amp too hard but will push it a bit.
What I do in my band is play mostly very clean with a burns with single coils so I use a treble boost with the gain very low if not off and it just pushes the punch a little bit.
A good all rounder is something with humbucker and single coils or coil tapping which isn't a perfect solution but can be useful for gigging.
The funny thingbis ots common people shop for looks. Yhe shape, flash, which artists are using it and none of that has a damn thing to do with sound. Electric guitars are all about the electronics if it looks
Ike a silk hat of a pig or a flaming hot rod. Doubt me? I daw Kustin Johnson playing a three string garden spade shogel turned into a guitar and made the same for ,ydelf and was gifted the possibly ladt usnd wpund pickup the guy he got his from before he fied. You can
Iterally use a single stick of lumber to put the electronics on and get yhe same sounds as any mofel electric assuming you use the dame or dimilar elevtronivs and get your nrifge snd greys in the right plsves. Justointing out looks, are insignificant to sound.
if your into metal or hard rock dont listen to this dude , hes a jazz snob
ОтветитьAt what angle do the strings PIVOT!!! over the nut? ❤❤😂
ОтветитьTelecaster Switch in Bridge position brighter
ОтветитьI want to know what Carlos Santana play, that’s my favorite guitar player
ОтветитьI like stratocaster guitar....
ОтветитьWhat do you get if you wire in 2 humbuckers and a double hot rail with a splitter into a Tele wiring harness then poke it into strat type body. Why? Cheap guitar and had major issues. No tone control , not switching pickups. Had the Tele harness and the pickups. I'm amazed at how good it sounds now. Still want a Les Paul or a 335. Got my fingers crossed that after 50 yrs Santa will finally find me!
ОтветитьWhat amp is that?
ОтветитьSo he left paleontology?
ОтветитьSuch a great job! Thank you
ОтветитьLP?..
ОтветитьHow can you talk about the strat and not make mention of the superstrat?
ОтветитьThanks for the video Moe Green
ОтветитьI wanna play like this 😢
ОтветитьThank you for explaining the differences between the knobs, tone, pickups engaged, etc. And boy would I love to have an ES-335. Sounds like butter.
ОтветитьWho knew Ross can play.
ОтветитьAm in love with the tele
ОтветитьThank you
Ответитьhe shreds but no one talking ab the art on the back wall?
ОтветитьMy guitar doesn't do that
ОтветитьI thought Ross only played the keys!
ОтветитьI Can't believe Ross is giving guitar lessons.
Ответитьwhere les paul?
ОтветитьI realised I don't like electric guitars at all, thank you!
ОтветитьWeird that there is no les paul in that comparison. Great playing though 👌
ОтветитьNice - and smooth axe work..
