How to Setup A Midi Controller FL Studio 20

Mines is on “enable” and it’s under “generic controller” but it STILL DOESN’T WORK! I’m losing my mind trying to understand why FL recognizes it, and it’s enabled for midi but it still doesn’t respond to the keys 😡

I have a yahama p-70 that used midi cord that has in and out, after connecting it to p.c fl recognizes it as USB midi and its not functioning well as a piano, only notes can be played and the notes sustains with interval, I can't even play chords, how can I fix

Jesus Christ I feel stupid. Everything was right except the small "Enable" Button, which the other tutorial I watched didn't mention and I overlooked xD. Half an hour of my life wasted, but not more than that thanks to you :D

Yo, I have a slightly different problem.

I use the FL Studio 20 DAW and I use a M-Audio Oxygen49 MIDI, the problem I have is when I play a note, the DAW reads the wrong note, which is always one semitone up.

For example, when I play a G note on the MIDI, the DAW reads a G#, I play an F, DAW reads an F#.

I don't know whether its my DAW or MIDI that has a problem, but I need help to resolve this issue.

I've done the setup, but then it stops working after 10 minutes or so. Then I have to replug the midi keyboard in which is annoying because then I have to tweak the settings again each time. I haven't been able to find a way to fix this.

fl is not recognizing my audio interface on my pc but it does on my laptop and my laptop is $200 junk, i am at a loss here forreal, and ive done all this already when i hit generic controller its blank, downloaded latest drivers for the m-audio m-track and still nothing, idk what to do

not working for me... i think it would be easier to land a robot on mars, than to get my keyboard connected to fl studio can't these tech turds (i'm pissed) at image line make this process easier? oh, and try to learn how to record live audio -- for another good joke!
