ОтветитьThank you, you're that rare instructor who actually understands what a real out of shape beginner needs: an EASY workout. If someone has bad knees like I do: I've purchased a gardening mat, basically a small rectangle of thick foam to rest my knees on for things like half planks.
Thanks again, this is very doable! I feel more relaxed now compared to before the workout and that alone is worth a ton :)

ОтветитьLooks l am posting a year after the last post. I am always the one who finds something last. LOL. I agree with all of you that it is the PERFECT workout for beginners. I have been walking for weight loss, but have been stuck in a plateau. So I looked around again and found this. This will be my go-to workout. I am slow, so have plenty of room to advance. I deleted all of the other exercise videos from my queue

ОтветитьThank you so much for your video. A lot of video's advertise they are beginner friendly and then just do what they always do making the viewer discouraged. You slowed it down enough to be achievable and work a person up to being the healthiest they can be.
