Thank you, you're that rare instructor who actually understands what a real out of shape beginner needs: an EASY workout. If someone has bad knees like I do: I've purchased a gardening mat, basically a small rectangle of thick foam to rest my knees on for things like half planks.
Thanks again, this is very doable! I feel more relaxed now compared to before the workout and that alone is worth a ton :)

I love Joe, and enjoyed this workout but considering it's for beginners it really needs some stretching exercises - so important to end with these.

Thanks Joe, I've got your cycle 1,2 and 3 but wen you need to start again and it feels too much this video has been great, you're so encouraging I do feel energised and better after. Baby steps feel much more manageable and achievable.

Love these workout!! I do like to workout on with the TV in the living room, but a lot of these videos have music with cursing and I have little kids around. Wish the music was different or no lyrics. Thanks 👍

Looks l am posting a year after the last post. I am always the one who finds something last. LOL. I agree with all of you that it is the PERFECT workout for beginners. I have been walking for weight loss, but have been stuck in a plateau. So I looked around again and found this. This will be my go-to workout. I am slow, so have plenty of room to advance. I deleted all of the other exercise videos from my queue

An amazing beginner video had to skip the second star jumps because of a healing knee injury. Knew who to watch after homeschooling, bet the kids will even want to join in and will bring back our happiest lesson. Thank you so much

Thank you so much for your video. A lot of video's advertise they are beginner friendly and then just do what they always do making the viewer discouraged. You slowed it down enough to be achievable and work a person up to being the healthiest they can be.

What a workout to start off with.. I’m a truck driver so these are perfect for when I’m out overnight in the truck and it’s gets me moving 👌🏼👌🏼👍🏻👍🏻
