Theses are great! Where can I find more mobility exercises?
Ответитьawesome thank you so much for sharing!💕
ОтветитьHe been in fitness since I was 20, I’m 41 now. We were told to not use full range of motions bc of injury & also teaching a classroom of ppl it’s safer. But wow. Training mobility for 2 months & I have seems the quickest progression in my flexibility, muscle pain is almost gone, & I’m getting stronger so fast. My workouts are 1/4 as long too!
ОтветитьI'm sweating... I'm tired and I'm sweating😂😂
This is huge, though. I've spent a long time procrastinating. I'm about 420 lbs, but, thankfully, I don't carry it like I'm actually 420 lbs. That said, I'm still incredibly overweight. I'm 25 years old and I am sick and tired of my lack of discipline as well as the hate I have for myself because of the way I've made myself look.
So exercise and dieting. It'll take me a few years to right the wrongs I've done to my body, but this video is definitely my first start. I won't be hard on myself. I'm well aware I may crack and take a day off. However, my goal is to remain as consistent as I can. As cheesy as it sounds, I know it's a marathon and not a race😊
Thanks again
ОтветитьIm so bent out of shape that even the alternate 90 leg hip mobility is fuckin me up.. didn't realise how important mobility is.
ОтветитьSimilar to mine
ОтветитьThank you for this!! After doing this I realized that my mobility is not the best at my age. I really enjoyed the video and had to subscribe since you explained everything so well and have such a wonderful personality. (´◡`)
Ответитьthank you leanbeefpatty these stretches have improved my general well-being
ОтветитьI recently discovered this channel, great work, good routines, helping me a lot! Thank you 🙏
ОтветитьThanks!!! 🙏 I appreciate the easy version, cause I’m recovering from a badly multiple fracture in one leg… and things like squats are impossible right now, but holding the big box (my couch) makes it posible. So little by little I suppose I’ll be recovering ❤
ОтветитьI used a rolled up blanket instead of a foam roller. Felt great.
ОтветитьLove U Paty ❤️
ОтветитьWow, thank you
Ответитьday 4 let's go
ОтветитьI can't believe that you've missed a lower back stretch with laying down on your back and turning both of your bending knees to one side and head to another.
😮
these are helping my skating thank you
ОтветитьI think im in love 😂
ОтветитьMarry me
ОтветитьLeanqueef paddi
ОтветитьSuch a smart and nice Coach! Thank you so much gurl ❤
ОтветитьThis did wonders to my back after not working out for months
ОтветитьThanks 👍 I'm feeling the heat. It is definitely warming me up❤
ОтветитьAll it’s nice and good until you forget you had this video running and you suddenly hear breathing right on your ear like a ghost.
Ответитьnice had a great time working with you today!
ОтветитьPatty, you're the best! I watched a bunch of videos about stretching, but there were few exercises from there that I could repeat. Watching your video, I was finally able to do what I needed to do. Thank you for showing different options, which helped even me with poor stretching, to go through the whole set of exercises. Like❤
Ответитьdamn that arch
ОтветитьI haven't properly had a work out in years, I've tried so much but nothing felt right. I wanted to work out every part of my body, not only that get my mobility back. I literally have the body of someone 10 years my age and I shouldn't.
This stretching exercise felt so good despite it being pretty difficult. I love it! Thank you so much for encouraging me to start taking care if myself again!
Please mom adopt me. It's very serious request
ОтветитьThank you! I turned 41 this year and I feel like my body is trying to shrivel up into a rigid little ball of death, so this is very helpful.
ОтветитьDoes anyone else end up doing a little walking/scootching thing when they do their 90/90’s?
ОтветитьНадо шапку теплее. Слишком холодная для помещения..
Ответитьdamn im rusty
ОтветитьWhat if my knees don't feel good. every time i Do something squat like, they crunch and there is a clicking noise.
ОтветитьСпасибо💝
ОтветитьAprendendo a pronúncia dos números em inglês com a Patty 👍🇧🇷
ОтветитьI don't usually comment but I gotta say this was very and I mean very helpful. I always felt bad about my mobility for a long time and the way you reassure the viewer is right on.
ОтветитьThe back of my knee on my right knee hurts when I deep lunge or deep squats.
ОтветитьDay 4
ОтветитьLove this routine
ОтветитьI really love this. I have really shitty joints and I’ve been trying to get more exercise recently but I’ve been having a hard time because a lot of the time I’ll end up making my joints worse with exercises. I did kind of fuck up doing these today though and I kinda need to cut the rest of my workout short but overall it seems to sort of improve the issue so I don’t have to be so scared of destroying my body when working out
Ответитьomg! i follow u on Tiktok and i havent seen you for a while! totally gonna do this! starting my mobility/calisthenics journey
Ответитьsooo cool! o am new to this but like it. need to find one that is like 10 min
Ответить😃 thank you.
