How to Apply For SPOUSE Open WORK Permit (SOWP) in Canada | Documents Needed (NEW UPDATE)

Hi I want to apply for a Spousal Open Work Permit to join my common law partner that’s already on a study visa in Canada. Do I need to still upload pictures with my own family back in my country to show family ties?

Also I’m currently working remotely for a company in the US(not my country or place of residence) so I’ll be showing POF and explaining that. Do you think this could be a problem? That I’m already working and may not return because it’s remote work? Or the Taxes I may not be paying because of remote work?

Do you also think my partner and I should both show POF?

My husband planning to take up course in May intake, yet to apply for college admission. My question is:
1) Is it advisable to a[[;y for spouse open work permit together along with the study permit because many of them suggesting that applying together results in rejection as IRCC considered that we going to settle in as family.
2) Also to mention we are expecting baby soon by the time for may intake my baby will be 6 monthsd old, can apply for my baby as well with me. I want to travel along with my husband. what are the highest chances?
3) If yes, what will be the visa processing time for me and my baby if filed together?

Please if you want them to join you later do you still have to add them to your application as at the time of applying
