Hello, thanks for you videos. What about people like me who have had an orthodontic appliance and now have a retaining wire behind the teeth that they have to keep all their life ? I can't really use a floss. So what do you suggest to properly clean the teeth and the wire ?

I dont see anything agout mouth washes... where do you stand on the use of it?

What about mouthwash?

Great video. Just ordered this floss. I normally use the glide kind. And will start flossing before brushing. Wish you could be my dentist.

Hello champ! :) And thx a great video! One question for you thoug... How long should i wait to brush after earting fx a mars abr, some jelly beans, other candy, and drinking sodas (all with sugar ofc) ? Theres sooo many differnet opinions out there but you seems pretty legit ! :)

Ive always flossed first, but I use floss picks. I'm going to see what you say about floss picks in your other videos. I'm really hoping you like them....cause I hate the regular floss way of flossing...thanks.

Why did you switch from Burst to Brio?

A dentist once told me toothpaste doesn’t clean your teeth it’s more of a breathe mint and to first clean with just water then toothpaste.

I always flossed first, glad to know I’ve been doing it the right way. It just makes sense to floss first to get the plaque out and then brush it away.
