by mistakly i have written wrong path in .profile now i have chnaged it and ran it but still it is showing old path in echo $SPARK_HOME and i cant open spark shell....

For CCA175 spark certification python is enough or definitely need to learn SCALA. Can you please explain it

for all you guys who are facing issue no such directory exists when running spark-shell, please donwload scala and type command export PATH=$PATH:/home/username/scala/bin (please make sure you moved scala folder to home/username/scala)

when i do vi .profile on my default terminal my profile file is empty

Hi Durga, I installed spark in my office mac desktop, iam able to login to the spark-shell. But when I enter the command "start-all.sh" only master process is initiated, but for worker process iam getting error "localhost: no such identity: /Users/462522/.ssh/id_dsa: No such file or directory"

please help me in resolving above problem. Thanks
