VLOG | Charity Football Tournament for Mind

Anglian Ruskin Medical Students (ARMS) hosted a footy tournament between different Medic year groups, Paramedics, and ARU FC.

I captained Desi Boyz FC, to rock bottom on ZERO POINTS and a Goal Difference of - 11.

All proceeds, entry fees and donations were made in support of the mental health charity MIND.

MIND means a lot personally given I’ve attempted suicide three times, been on SSRIs for 6months and been diagnosed with Manic Depression.
