Contrary to Allen Shisler ... I had no problem hearing either one of you ... maybe he needs new speakers on his device.

Some great tips for many traveller ... but I'll definitely be driving my Class B RV. And plan to spend anywhere from 8-12 weeks exploring as much of Alaska as possible. I'm just not sure about a trip up the haul road to Deadhore/Prudhoe Bay. I understand that vehicles can be rented and that some tours are offered, but I prefer to drive and stop as I chose. I'll sort that out as the time gets closer.

Thanks for the info! I was pricing tickets from where I live in FL to Anchorage and they were pricey. If i can get a cheaper flight to Seattle then purchase separate $99 special tickets from Seattle to Anchorage that might be the better way to go. I'll have to do more research on it.
