Hi, friends!
Thanks so much for watching the first episode of this new season.
We've been working hard these past few months to create some really cool episodes and explore some interesting ideas, exciting stuff is coming for the rest of the series.
The support and engagement you've shown on the previous series is massively appreciated, and hope that this new one delivers more of the content you enjoy.
I'm keen to hear what you think, and what you'd like to see more episodes on, so please let your thoughts be heard either here or hit me up on Twitter.
But once again a big thank you from the Loadout team of myself, the massive talent behind the camera of Chris Morris and Adam Mason, as well of course your friend and mine Jonathan Ferguson and the fine folks at the Royal Armouries.
Can't wait to share more soon!

we still have the schützenfest in rural area ! the men of our village all shoot at a hand crafted wooden bird, and whoever shoots it of is the 'schützenkönig' (and evryone else just drinks, like, a lot haha)
ОтветитьI've heard Jonathan saying that he wanted to see a game depicting the american Civil War Sniping and i know a game which is during the American Civil War with your muskets and Single action cap and ball revolvers and cannons, the game is called "War of Rights"
Would love to see you guys check it out!
@GameSpot
Need to get tarkov :D komment for the algo
ОтветитьI have a rifle in real life I actually have a cover over the front of my scope that allows light in but it doesn't let it back out
ОтветитьNew comer to the series but I'm enjoying it. Would love to see an episode on rail guns, gauss guns or magnetic induction weapons.
Ответитьwish this video mentioned 'Outlaws' by Lucas Arts.. the first game to ever feature a scoped view. One of the best pc games of all time
ОтветитьPlease stop promoting tarkov, they have made it clear they are supporting invasion on Ukraine in their promo materials.
ОтветитьArrows in Skyrim, seeing some of the hit locations is satisfying.
ОтветитьIf games made guns more realistic people would just cry about it lol. Me on the other hand I would love the challenge.
ОтветитьReally impressed with the production values on these videos. Informative and interesting even as a non gamer.
ОтветитьThis series is great
ОтветитьSnipers, pilots, long range missile guidance operators DO NOT account for Coriolis Affect! Even the guy with the World Record for longest shot is on video saying that he DOES NOT, and NEVER HAS accounted for the Coriolis Affect! The Earth is flat and stationary!
ОтветитьThats why they are called games. If i wanted realism i would join the army.
ОтветитьBo2 trickshotting was the best of cod
ОтветитьDon't forget the headshots. IRL headshots are not really the way to go. It is hard to hit small head. If you miscalculate windage or range you end up in trouble. IRL shot in heart is always deadly, lung shot is usually deadly too. 7.62 in a chest is preatty much certain death. No need to go for the head.
ОтветитьReal bolt action rifles do have a slight edge on power, as the more complex action of a gas-op rifle does rob a bit of energy when firing.
ОтветитьDutlniv to
ОтветитьI resent that Konami never gave us a Silent Scope port that used a second screen as the scope (Dreamcast's VMU notwithstanding), since PS3 could use PSP, Gamecube could use GBA, PS4 could use Vita and smartphones, XBOXone could also use smartphones, and then there's Wii U which was built for it.
ОтветитьI want snipers to be able to hide that is realistic.
I honestly feel like all games are versions of programming and soft training tools to help people learn many different things.
From shooting and aiming to a flight simulator .
In the real world you should be able to start ot land a plane .
This has been done before by people and it has saved lifes.
What about aiming in game and everything outside the scope also gets magnified for some reason
ОтветитьI really like the anti material rifle the added in the new battlefield, the ntw50. For me, it's the first time in a casual fps that it feels like that type of weapon was properly implemented.
ОтветитьThey are guns, in a game.
They dont have to match the real life version 100%
👏.🙂
ОтветитьFKN JONATHAN FROM ROYAL ARMOURIES LESS GOOO
ОтветитьLove it
ОтветитьI've always preferred to play as normal infantry, but rely on sharpshooting.
ОтветитьAll I'm going to say about the bolt action rifle semi-auto rifle is this. Semi-auto weapon use a little bit of the gas from the cartridge to push the action of the rifle open to eject the spent casing which then allows to feed the next round where is a bolt-action rifle 100% of that gas out the end of the barrel so you're going to have a little bit more push on that bullet then you have with a semi-auto rifle.
ОтветитьOo look, its all golden
ОтветитьThis video is spot on!
ОтветитьNothing like the feeling of hitting an 18" steel plate first shot at 1600 meters IRL (1 mile) 🤣
ОтветитьI have some nice memory of using the M95 Barret in Battlefield 2 Sniping all those pilots thirsty for their attack helicopter :D Easy sitting ducks, right through the window.
ОтветитьBarret .50 Cal is precise and can make accurate shots at 1000 yards easily
ОтветитьThis video has reminded me that I need to get back out and sight in my 308 again if I even can after that scope first fall off the bench. I had just gotten the scope, got the big boy all sighted in and the bipod was a bit too loose so she took a tumble.
ОтветитьI go coyote hunting with a .204 AR. Closest I'll ever get to sniping in real life. Until you try it, you have no idea how difficult it is to hit a fast moving target moving in all directions, while looking through a scope. People also tend to not realize how hard it is to keep your reticle stable the more you zoom in.
ОтветитьI just want games that are fun to play, I couldn't care about how realistic the weapons are.
ОтветитьBERRY COOL
Ответитьcan we just have jonathan presenting the whole channel
ОтветитьHow about, instead of trading off damage/functions for the individual snipers (semi-auto vs bolt), why not just give the player more EXP for using a more impractical weapon?
ОтветитьYou missed its role in Halo
ОтветитьShootinfest
