I wonder if chiropractors can help older people as I'm in pain day in day out but I've been in pain for so long I'm actually used to it. With the stress I've put on my body over the years, it would be unwise to do much heavy lifting or go anywhere near a gym. I'm not a lifter or gym person, I've just kept slim and muscular over the years by the nature of my work. And other reasons.

When your training and lifting shouldn't you use Arnie's inspiration to lift, Arnie looked like he put all his effort into the lift. But then again no one can be expected to look like him. He is Austrian and has that specific facial features which very few people have. Which is why only he could play the all the roles he did in his films.

I've been enjoying your videos. I normally watch them in the morning when everyone is still asleep and/or at night when my daughter is trying to sleep. I've noticed that the talking is low volume and the music you play when there is no talking is very high volume. Is there a way to make the volume the same throughout so that I don't have to worry about waking up the family? Love when the family is in the videos too your kiddo is brilliant.
