Horizon - FPS Drops Problem Solved

This game is sh*t on pc it stutters even on higher fps I am thankful before selling my ps4 I played most of the excluisves

FPS drops only happen when it is misty ,raining or in a village or camp on max settings. It’s not a perfect port but it’s better than most....

My wife solved the problem completely and easily by upgrading to 32GB of RAM. The game, if you only have 16GB RAM, will often use up to 20GB RAM.
The game was running like crap and with 32GB it started running at stable 60fps immediately on Ultra settings.

i play with shadows , reflections , clouds on high , the rest all ultra
no v-sync , no motion blur
1440p @ 80-95+- fps , mostly 95 to 100 fps even
make sure your cores are not parked and that they are all used in windows , can look that up
also , this game needs to be played with nvidia ''high quality'' settings ,
completely changes the lighting to make it nice and shiny ,
even those bugs in tall grass look so nice with high quality ,
and beasts in far distances at night , man , what a difference
in most games you don't really notice a difference on high quality , but this one ... !!!
i was surprised to see everything come to life when i changed that setting
so vibrant and it looks really smooth , makes the game a lot more enjoyable , more real
pagefile : set it to an appropriate amount for your ram , really helps the game out
then i also have ''intelligent standby list cleaner'' installed , maybe it helps for some people
''system explorer'' so you can set the game priority to Realtime and save it permanently
no stutters , drops , smooth gameplay all the way , cities , tall grass , doesn't matter
plays just like any other game

wrong, maximum performance allow only to run at max speed even at desktop, is a waste of money and heat

FYI, Vysnc setting in game is broken, you need to set it in Nvidia control panel
