Thanks for this super detailed and informative video! I have one question, though: in your opinion how does this compare to the NXL24-A? A friend of mine owns the NXL24 and has heard the 745-A, and he claims the NXL24 is "definitely louder and cleaner."

I don't see how that's possible, though, since the 745-A is rated at 133 SPL and the NXL24 is rated at 131. I'm confused lol.

Hi I'm on decision to buy RCF 745A or EVO 12.Im a mobile dj.I do events up to 500 people.Which speaker from this 2 its better to go? And what is the difference on sound quality from the 2?

I bought a pair of Rcf 745-A two days ago.Have had many active speakers from rcf before but these ones rock.Outstanding power and quality.The highs are so crisp and clear and the bass is like having a nice subwoofer.Recently I bought the Rcf TTS18A subwoofer and along with the Rcf 745-A they make a powerful system.

I'm still torn between the 745-A and the NXL24-A. Which one do you think has better HF output? Thanks.

we need a church setup so i would really need your advice. our auditorium is 20 meters long, 5 meters high and 12 meters wide, we got 2 x 4pro 8003 RCF subs. what woul you recommend for the tops? we are runnig live worship music, so we need clarity and quality.
i thought of 3-4 db technologies T4 or T5 array on each side (up in the air). do you think a full range speaker like the 745A would do a better job? in that case, what speaker would you recommend? please reply, i am a big fan of your videos and i would really care for your opinion. thanks

Hi i would like to upgrade my Mackie 450 srm because to heavy. I need a powered speaker for backing tracks plus vocals no bass speakers. Question ive been looking at the 735 art series rcf speaker, firstly would a 735 or a 745 perform well with music and vocals. Bare in mind i will be using them in full range mode without bass speaker

The RCF 745A is no doubt a great sounding speaker. But what concerns me is that since the 745A does not have a full grille, there are chances that small lizards would climb into the box and find it a good place to reside, and the amp module could be damaged if these unwanted guests are electrocuted at the PSU. May I know your opinion, would the 745A be suitable for permanent installation in a church where small household lizards is commonplace? Thanks.

He is raving about the 4" driver, the great crossover point and most importantly, the great sound quality because of the 4" driver. My question is WHY DO OTHER MANUFACTURERS NOT USE 4" DRIVERS and always go with tiny 1.75" or smaller in their full-range boxes?

how is this compared to the Yorkville PS15P's? I feel the rcf has a weak cabinet and i'll need to carry a sub to the gig vs my current PS15P's don't need to carry a sub.. the RCF's competition is QSC, EV..

Don't get me wrong, please, I love RCF but I can't understand why they didn't make it with wood (it sounds like a joke) the cost is Around 1.300€ in Europe. They even have a wood cheaper speakers.

Hi, I'm planning on upgrading my sound system from a pair of ART 712 MK2's to a pair of ART 745 MK2 or MK4's, I will be using them for Live performances with electric and non electric music instruments (not DJ), from my understanding, the only difference between the MK2 and MK4 variants is the edition of FiRPHASE technology on the MK4, while this is a benefit for sound quality, FiR technology suffers from latency according to what I've read about it, and if it is noticeable then it might not be suitable for live stuff, so I'd like to hear a professional opinion, will the ART 745 MK2 or MK4 be the right choice for my Live performances needs?
