Rather have cancer eat my bones then lose a testicle. Is there a way to spare the testicles in people that do not want to lose them. Doesn't look as scary as my previous urologist made it sound when he wanted to take my right one because of masses inside it... now left is under attack and painful, new doctor mentioned left first then possibly right. The procedure doesn't look too scary but still rather not do it.. but don't think leaving masses inside is a good thing either along with the random kicked in the balls feeling in the one side plus lower abdomen and back pain plus always being tired. At least whether it be one or both, implants will replace them

If the reason for surgery was for prostate cancer, then why was the surgical entry point at the inguinal canal (inguinal orchiectomy) and not on the scrotum (simple orchiectomy)? Inguinal orchiectomies are usually reserved for testicular cancer cases. Did the cancer spread there too?
