because i can read other apps data sir can i observe that apps data too with rxjava, ex.- in my application i read file manager images/videos, and now i want when file deleted or added in file manager, specific method should be call in my application(if application active) instant , is it possible?? pls

i have implemented android inbuilt Observer, but it's not calling method instant, it calls method when i resume my application then after 4-5 second
