but how to set first page of user controller

im trying to make a similar app. im having problems with the user control i put a panel inside are a tab control, data view grid, button, combo box, and a text box. after i rebuild the from i put the usercontrol in a panel in the form when i start its fine but its not resizing when i maximize the window. im just self learning and dont have any degree on this matter hope you can help.
