How to Turn on Discord Notifications

Don't waste your time with Discord! When it comes to notifications, it is very unreliable and their technical support is awful! I have all of my notification settings turned on, but I don't receive e-mail notifications, and I've missed some important posts as a result. I exchanged over 20 e-mails with their tech support, and they couldn't solve the problem. They said that it was my fault for having the notifications turned off. I proved that wrong by giving screenshots of my settings. They said that they checked and verified that they were sending me the e-mails (but refused to give copies of the messages or any data to corroborate that claim), so my service must have been blocking them. I contacted my e-mail administrators, and they verified that I had not received any notifications. Finally, Discord support told me that their program was working as intended (which apparently means not providing notifications even when you have turned them on!) and they could not solve my problem.

Is there a way to have the discord main tone when having a message? When I get a message it just plays the tone of my phone instead of discord message sound

is there a way to view all your notifications from all your channels at once? i have several servers, several channels with notifs on. I still miss things. If i dont catch the notif in the moment, i want to be able to go look and review all of them at once at the end of the day.
