ОтветитьBenjamin, great meeting you during your visit to Tubac. Thanks for sharing our wonderful little Art & History community!
ОтветитьUncle lives in Tubac and I’m going to visit him for the first time this weekend. Ironic on the timing of this video. I was hoping on more about Sierra Vista. An older family member was considering retiring here but only little info I can find.
ОтветитьAmazed at how lush it is, wow! Thanks for the tour.
ОтветитьVisting these towns is one thing, but living there is whole different experience, and usually it's not good from a white perspective. There is alot of poverty and abuse , and crime nestled within the general population. I used to live in Santa Fe, NM and I can tell you, that it is a beautiful cultural and artistic and historic experience, but you also have to be able to handle the ignorance of the native locals.
ОтветитьPlease stop telling people about this place. WE'RE FULL. :)
ОтветитьI’m from Tempe, south Mesa born and raised, and love the simple things you show off. Most people would ignore the bricks, weather, and wine.
ОтветитьDon’t forget that Tubac is also one of the filming locations of Tin Cup. They filmed the famed club breaking scene at the golf course there as well as the scene where Costner hits a 3 wood, as Craig Stadler challenges him after Don Johnson’s character laid up, onto the green over water. Tubac also has some really good food! Fun place.
ОтветитьI’m a Realtor and sell property in all
Of southern Arizona. From Florence all the way to Tucson, Tubac, Rio Rico, Nogales, Patagonia, Sonoita, Benson, Pearce, St. david, Bisbee, Tombstone, Wilcox, Marana, Oro Valley, Green Valley, Ect... this is a nice video to be able to share with my clients that are moving here from out of state. Great job!
Yes super excellent video. Thanks 🙏
ОтветитьGreat video, Jeff. It was great to see all the interesting places in the south. I was hoping, when you mentioned Sierra Vista in the beginning, that you would show and talk a bit more about that town. Is it possible that that is all you can say about it, that it is a military town?
ОтветитьI’ve lived in Cave Creek nearly 25 years as a coffee roaster, but have recently bought a place in Patagonia. It is a beautiful area called “Sky Islands”. There are more species of animals & birds than anywhere in the USA. So many places to explore and hike. I highly recommend a visit!
ОтветитьNogales Sonora
ОтветитьNeed to take this road trip to Southern AZ, get away from the city.
ОтветитьWatching from Douglas, AZ
ОтветитьPrescott!

ОтветитьI like that cyberpunk introsong
ОтветитьMexican heritage
ОтветитьAnother awesome video. Thank you.
ОтветитьWhen you can state that the myth of Arizona lacking culture while showing a painting of cats playing poker, you have chutzpa.
ОтветитьHad to stop due to ad. Love your videos. Looking for a place to retire. Your detail of culture and climate is very useful. Thank you.
ОтветитьPronunciation suggestion: Tuma COCK aree
ОтветитьMOST DEFINITELY HAS NEW MEXICO OVERTONES...NICE
ОтветитьWhat kind of grapes are grown here
ОтветитьWe moved to Green Valley this past winter and just love this area of Arizona. Wish we had known about SW Arizona years ago. Certainly not Phoenix. Going to send this video to friends and family back east.
ОтветитьLove your videos ! Moved here recently from Ohio and living in Scottsdale.
ОтветитьVery nice!!!! Do you have a video of Xavier del Bac???? I saw it at the beginning. Couldn't inside last trip due to Covid.
ОтветитьLove the video. Grew up in Rio Rico Arizona,
South of Nogales.
Arivaca
ОтветитьThis is a great video. Thnx!!
ОтветитьPlease know as a longtime visitor to Tubac, there is somewhat of a conflict over the correct pronunciation of Tubac. Some of us oldtimers have always pronounced Tubac as Tu-back. It's been a way of knowing who is new vs who has been around.
ОтветитьL
ОтветитьTubac is so fun!
ОтветитьHi, new sub. Really enjoyed this. I spent a winter in Green Valley working at the horsepistol there and got to know the area. Couple things to mention: Tupac has a pretty amazing car show every year, world class. Patagonia has a special bird sanctuary well worth the visit, too. The wineries, at this time, are trying, but not exactly up to quality yet.
Nice little part of AZ like you showed 👍
What time of the year is this trip
ОтветитьWatching from Safford AZ
Ответить❤
ОтветитьI’m watching from Auckland NZ, must put this on my bucket list, the place looks a lot greener, than I was expecting, and has plenty of the old type of history that interest me.
How safe is Nogales, for foreigner?
Excellent film will definitely plan to visit this part of Arizona
San Xhevra mission in Tucson AZ. Old Tucson Arizona not far away from the mission on the Kit peak observation. Known as Tucson mountain Park area.
ОтветитьUpdate 2024?
ОтветитьThe investors taking over Phoenix have been trying to tell us that "we dont have any culture". Believe me. They've gotten themlves into a nice fight!
