When I was younger my face was more round like a baby face when I turned like 18-19 my face got more narrow, less round, etc.. it just naturally changed when I grew up.. I just thought that’s what happened to her also?

It's not plastic surgery. It's just very well done make up by an extremely talented artist that knows how tonuse contortions perfectly with shadow and light.
Jesus, I'm a bricklayer in my 30s and even I know this. Stop bullying this wee girl, she is lovely.

Genuinely, I think it’s makeup and angles (her head is tilted drastically different in these photos- not a fair comparison). If anything, maybe some filler and botox. No shame in having surgery, I just don’t see anything a surgeon would want to mess with. 🤍
