As a hiring manager, I can tell you I hate the phrase "Hit the ground running". Whilst it might be true, paraphrase to something similar. Just another buzz phrase thats guaranteed to put some off the process

I'm interested in this position because it's a good chance that am passionate about, it can show and fit my skills and I will enjoy seeing my positive work is making difference and as a self learning it's gonna change my way of thinking through the firm

In my opinion answer option number two was better.
