Love this method! However, I thought it called for a more coarse grind like that of a french press. For your commandante, the chart shows 20 clicks at medium- fine. Is there a reason you do it this fine? Maybe because this is a smaller dripper?

Used the 4:6 method with 60 grams of water x 5 pours. Will try with 50 grams (1st pour) + 70 grams (2nd pour) + (60 grams x 3 remaining pours) next, apparently this way brings out more sweetness :)
