Why I Can't Recommend The GTX 750 Ti Anymore...

this was my first gpu it served me well. i only upgraded to run escape from tarkov better. if i never played that game id probally still have the legend

Back when i got into pc gaming i upgraded from a gt610 to the 750ti and instantly fell in love with the card, that was almost 10 years ago and i still have that card in my brothers build still kicking and running games.

Currious how the 1GB non ti 750 would hold up for people on a budget that had one for years. My brother got one that was first paired with a Core 2 Quad Q6600 with 3GB DDR2 (2x512MB + 2x1GB sticks) but then I got a free Acer Prebuilt with a i3-2100 & 4GB DDR3 (2x2GB) that I swapped the HDD (400GB Toshiba) & GTX 750 1GB into and now I just finished swapping the HDD & GPU along with DVD drive & PSU (240W LiteOn) into my old build with a Ryzen 3 1200 & 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3000MHz that I could upgrade as I upgrade. 1st upgrade of course must be from the old 240W PSU to a 500-550W PSu then when I upgrade from my GTX 1070 I can hand that down followed by my Ryzen 5 3500X once I upgrade from that.

I found this one and a 650 Ti in the trash today, hence me being here 😅

the first computer I built myself out of my own pocket back in the day had a 750ti, that card was a trooper! could run anything at the time pretty much maxed or closed to maxed out (had a 720p monitor so that was quite a good thing... I guess?) The only game I couldn't run decently was the first watch_dogs game, but who could at the time at all?

I got one of these in my second gaming pc. personally I think there’s still plenty of life lift

Great video. I have a Gigabyte GTX 750 (1 gig) , MSI Gaming X 1050 TI and AMD RX 6800 (16 gig). The old two cards I have still work nice with older PCs for webbrowsing and playing old games.

Truly great GPU, i was using it paired with i3 4170 and it hold it pretty well but 6 months ago i switched to i5 11400F and RTX 3050 8GB and i gave that PC to my younger brother.

i still use it in my tv media pc

Had a GTX 770 that just ran out after 10 long years of service. Bought the 750 Ti at first but it couldn't handle what I needed. 700 series were such great cards for the time!

Of course you can recommend, i still use it on my q6600 for games between 2000 - 2015. Of course, using good old windows 7.

I'm looking to replace mine what would you recommend that would be stronger? I'm looking at a Gigabyte Geforce GTX 1050 Ti now would that be good?

I have a 750 ti graphics card and I have to say it's pretty good. Especially since I got a fully built pc with it for only about 400 dollars. One problem I have with it is I don't know if it can run pcvr. I tried running through steam vr performance test on it and it says my gpu is the only thing that is stopping it. I know I may be overthrowing this or something, but I'd like to know from a person if I could play low-graphic games on vr

I had the 4GB version of 750ti and I sold it for a newer one, but now I regret it because it was very rare.

Oh this beast of a GPU is still in my pc and apparently what bottleneck my gaming experience seem to be the 775 motherboard so those are to be avoided for now adays.

Fans of these cards, clung to them with a death grip, even when the 1050 ti came out, and was faster. Many were saying they would never make the upgrade, which I thought was pretty dumb. Maxwell is now on the bubble, and will lose support before Pascal does.

What about on Linux with proton dx-Vulcan compatibility layer? Would those games launch then? Just a thought. When I built my Steam Machine I used the Gtx750 but I no longer have the card or I would test it out myself.

GTX 1060 is much better and cheaper than a 1050 Ti, and it has 6 GB of ram

I almost bought one during the pandemic, but I got my hands on an r9 270 2gb instead, till I upgrade my whole system with a gtx 680 2gb, I now have a gtx 1070

Just upgraded from an Asus 750ti to an Rx 6700xt. I'm kind of sad because It was my first graphics card and was part of my first PC build. He really was a trooper, but atleast now I can pass it down to my sister as a placeholder till we get a good GPU for her

i bought a desktop pc with i5 4460 16gb and a 750 ti for 150 euro from a friend wich i gamed on for 4 years and i just bought a 1070 8gb mini to replace good card but its really showing its age.

I'm using the gigabyte oc 2gb version mixed with my q9300 and it works quite nicely running resident evil 2 remake, code vein, borderlands 3 ,etc. This pc's usage might come to an end in a few months interms of gaming but it will live on till it stops doing what it enjoyed . :)

At least this graphic card was better than my graphic card, which is a GT710, much weaker than the GTX 750, which is still powerful compared to the GT710.

2020's games on a card that was budget even in 2014 ?

I recentyly bought this card in 2018 and honestly it's the cheapest but great card in my country pricing in P4,000 and until now still using it and play modern games in good frames.

plays skyrim and gta V. still an ok video card if you are just playing those games
