How to Change Thickness of Doughnut Slice in Chart JS 4

This is great, thanks! Now, how could I change inner and outer radius when hovering over the doughnut segment or it's corresponding legend such that the inner radius becomes smaller and the outer radius becomes bigger, making it stand out from the rest of the items?
