Iwent to college with Michael Keaton's son and he stole my dream girl!
Ответитьthere are certain lines in this vid that SCREAM chaos - asking if john travolta and kelly preston are still married was the wildest one to me lmfao. Love AD and your content
ОтветитьPlease react to Heidi Gardner’s AD tour! Just recently came out!!
Ответитьdo world of interiors!
ОтветитьWould love to see more from the 1920’s- 50’s, even if it’s a different magazine that shows off the interiors.
ОтветитьI wanna see sets you’ve styled
ОтветитьDennis Q is a trumper tho 😢
ОтветитьLoved that
ОтветитьJohn travolta is famously very into planes. ✈️ i recall a scandal or two back in the day associated with that.
ОтветитьI’d never heard of Architectural Digest until the early 90s because a co-worker (and still close friend) had a subscription and would bring them to work.
She also hipped me to the Spiegel catalog, from which I got some of my best office gear and even a couple of things for the house. One was a swing-arm floor lamp that’s in my living room to this day.
Magazines, film, and catalogs definitely informed my style and helped me figure out who I am design-wise.
Winona was the IT girl of the early 90s. She couldn’t really act but she had that “something”. 🎭
ОтветитьWould love if you could do a video showing some prop styling techniques people could use when taking pics of their own small apartments! (Assuming you haven't already done one 😅)
ОтветитьI had no idea the furniture would be moved for the pics. Such odd seating I would think! Can you do a video on how the seating would be IRL and vice versa?
Ответитьloved this and love hearing the BTS on prop styling... how do i get into that career 😩
ОтветитьYou should do an AD Archive video about holiday decor through the decades.
ОтветитьI had a dream last night that you came over to help me design my home. Lol. I just purchased in and moved in in April, so she's a work in progress.
ОтветитьIm so interested in how you got into prop styling. Would be interested in a video about your “interior design journey” 🤣
ОтветитьTake a shot every time Paige tells you to look at something
ОтветитьKelly Preston sadly passed away
Ответить"those shoes on the ground? wow. so crazy. so crazy" hahahah
ОтветитьA pic of your bedroom was in Nick Lewis' most recent video, in the "Decorate your Bedroom" section!
Ответитьso rad! great video
ОтветитьI love that you used the term “salty” 🤣🤣 I am from Chicago also, born and raised and now in the burbs and I remember saying that a lot when I was in high school 🤣🤣🤣 Lane Tech HS class of 98!!
ОтветитьJohn Travolta is a licensed pilot. He flies his planes. He doesn't simply ride in them.
ОтветитьSo good to see you have so much fun!
ОтветитьHave you seen the book Edgar Miller and the Handmade home? The subtitle is Chicagos forgotten Renaissance Man. Wow, mind blowing. I lived in Chicago for years and never heard of him. You gotta check it out
ОтветитьThis was a fun video... but I thought it would be something else due to the title.
ОтветитьRich-person Nineties is sometimes also classic.
ОтветитьI would love to hear your thoughts on Serenay Sarikaya's AD home tour
ОтветитьFor a minute I thought we were just going to look at homes of the cast of Beetlejuice in the 90s 🤣
ОтветитьAbsolutely loved this do more please, thoroughly enjoyed🎉
ОтветитьHow did you get started in prop styling? What was your education/internship/career journey? I'd love to hear about that!
ОтветитьI loved AD but not anymore. Know I know why!
ОтветитьKelly Preston passed away.
ОтветитьLoved this! I only subscribed last year so it's really fun to see old editions-especially ones you worked on. I feel like nowadays the majority of the magazine is ads with a few beautiful pictures at the end.. I may just have to pick up some copies from the 90s-early 2000s!
ОтветитьThis was great! A version with non celebrities? Yes please!
Ответить❤️🇦🇺 more please 🙏🏼
ОтветитьNot Dennis Quaid speaking at a Trump Rally. Take that kiss back rn.
ОтветитьLOVE
ОтветитьMORE PLEASE! This was fantastic, I’d love to see some vintage world of interiors
ОтветитьCindy Crawford is from DeKalb, IL; she was the valedictorian of the high school the year she graduated.
ОтветитьHi from France! Thank you for the video. It was so much fun; the knowledge was the cherry on top!
ОтветитьOh Diane Keaton (a fav of mine as well) is way older than your moms! I’m 53 and your mom looks young like my age?? Of course Diane is 🔥 at her age!
I too admit to love some Lauren ( like his knits and some interior stuff) and MAJORLY love Keaton 💕
I threw out all my clothes post some scary surgery and became an emo/keaton grown up!
Ha seriously all I have is black, taupe grey, turtleneck knit dresses!
Diane went kinda of Industrial and modern. And I believe she’s really big into interiors (which you’d dig!)
and Lauren ahh he has a section for the “poorer” people on his online store that’s where I shop 🤭 kidding!
I’m mostly all thrift ha. I think Lauren is great in “touches”. And Diane has totally changed design wise, since back then!
These were fun Paige! Some of the excess is just sooo funny with the Hollywood folk! I’ve never liked super large homes or mansions.
I’m a small cottage girl all the way.
Or the homes in London the Victorian terraced houses ( through rooms?) I love how they end in the kitchen the heart of the home and then out to garden for like night time entertaining ahhh
**So Paige if you want to do a whole show, showing the best London terraced homes with the through rooms?? I’m there for it!! 💕 yes def do some more and those English through homes pls
On a funny note .**
I love hearing about prop design! Im a Gen x gal graduated in 88. I was in love with fashion and styling but most specifically magazines! (Before kindle ruined my life)
I wanted to badly to be the one who set up the “layout” and how it looked and picked out the clothes etc. but…..I grew up in upstate ny and they didn’t know what the hell I was talking about and my guidance counselors failed!! So I did Sociology at Hunter and later my school librarian media degree. Guess it was for the best because kindles came and there went magazines. Yes there’s a few but the times of tons of magazines at the supermarket is gone 😭 anyway point of the that story 🤷♀️ yours is a unique job and guidance counselors need to be more up and with the times with different types of careers!! 💕 😅
Love the video! Good job!
ОтветитьSO fun Paige! You are really young and have already done such major work - “props” to you! (Sorry, I had to). Please let’s do more AD deep diving!! xo
ОтветитьPAWAS! You are so positive girl-keep it up!! SO into those AD's homes(just like you)!
