ENABLE SMB1 or SMB2 Windows Server 2022

A quick note to anyone following this. The Azure/Entra cloud server ISO doesn't contain the install package anymore so you'll have to either use an older copy then patch up to latest (17763.737 or lower I think) or copy/import/specify the package from an older source like the evaluation ISO.

I use windows server 2022 standard, don't have SMB
