Good closing by prosecutor!

The prosecutor is the worst speaker ever! Omg she needs practice.

That judge should be stripped and left in a desert. Hez as evil as the father.

The fact that he had the clothes makes me think he did more than kill her

Such a poor closing, it’s like she wasn’t even familiar with her own argument.

Would have been easier to follow had the entire trial been uploaded. Js..rest easy baby Kate.

This is about the worst showing of a trial I've ever seen on Law & Crime Network. Nothing but bit and pieces of the trial.

Why oh why do these women keep having babies when they can't take care of themselves OR the ones they've already had?? Dad might've killed baby but mom put baby in the situation where it was likely...

yes ...baby kate wasnt sean's baby.........but yet he was angry about having to take a paternity test because he knew it would prove that HE WAS THE FATHER.....sssh DUD you won't have to worry about progreating for 20 yrs.....hope you enjoy all your showers in the big house.....criminals hate and pick on baby killers

what was the point of this trial being uploaded? there is absolutely no consistency, at best we are seeing 50% of the trial, yet the uploads suggest we are seeing the trial in its entirety. eg it goes from day 1:part 1 to day 1 part2, yet it seems like a massive part of the testimony is missing from in between :/ this seems to be a recurring issue as the trial goes on! if anyone knows where i can find the full trial please let me know.

This is thr first vid I've watched on this case and hearing her say that he calls Kate "it" and in the letter he says "I ripped the car seat out, it was thrown"... at first I thought maybe he was detaching himself from the actual act of throwing her but im thinking now that he was just completely detached from her..I wanna go back to really see what I think of the whole case and of him

How is Sean ever going to live a peaceful and meaningful life knowing he killed his own 4 month old baby. Sssssh he might have a chance for redemption if admits to Arial WHAT happened and shows remorse. Tremendous remorse for all the pain he caused everyone and for the baby's suffering. AS for Kim Phillips she should take a life lesson from Greg Cipirano who convinced his nephew TUCKER CIPIRANO to admit to his guilt for killing is own adoptive father. with a baseball bat.

Did I miss something? The closing arguments gave me more info than all other BS uploaded. Just do the last parts if that's all the really mattered? Prosecution closed better than all I've seen of this trial.

She did a MUCH better job in her closing than she did in cross-examination.

Why do people seem to love using the nasty, stupid f word? I hate that word. Do people not have much of a vocabulary that they have to use such awful language? I would hate to think that is the only words I know.

I feel so sad about trail I hope she moved on with her life ...can't believe he killed his own child ...idk why from part1to the end made all about the mother when they should talk about the killer he should be in jail way more than that

I have a question.Did they find the sweet precious baby?If not then could it be possible he adopted the baby out with out any one knowing?I’m asking because the prosecutor stated that Sean did more research on adoption than Ariel did.

If they had murdered baby Kate in the womb.... everything would have been legal. But because of TIME AND LOCATION it’s a crime. Think about that and tell me how you can believe abortion isn’t murder? Same baby. In the womb, legal. 4 months out of the womb, murder.

This weak, cowardly weasel was in the military? They must have lowered enlistment standards. He killed a little baby, his baby, I’ll bet he won’t be standing up to anyone in the penitentiary though. I feel sorry for his parents.

This is another point toward allowing males to legally go opt out within the first 30 days of a baby's birth. No need to pull this nonsense. No woman tricking men into pregnancies.

She should have been adopted because then she would still be alive 😢

The prosecutor sounded almost breathless at first. She appeared to have pulmonary difficulties. Perhaps she was emotional?The longer she spoke, the more relaxed she appeared to be and her speaking was slower and better.
Clearly, the parents of the deceased baby were a very troubled couple. Her behavior and how she conducted herself, threatening adoption etc was childish. Thankfully, she has matured it seems and is doing well. The father and apparent murderer of the baby , is a sophomoric , narcissistic fool! It is all very,very sad.

this is a screwy case you get the sense all the way through the mom does not want to be there and is argumentative with both defence and prosecution I do not understand that if someone harmed my child Id want justice or as close as our system offers. The mother still wanting to be with the "father" and be married even when he is in prison it seems more like the only ones who care is the court

If he didnt want to have a second child he should have used protection! He had a CHOICE but once his seed was in HER body he NO longer had a CHOICE. Use Protection or keep your seed to yourself!

This is the worst prosecutor I seen in awhile. This closing isn't bad but everything else was pretty bad. She see sould never get a big case again.

If you don't want another baby, use protection. That simple. An adult man knows to use protection.

I wish we could’ve seen his face at points during this closing…far more interesting than focussing on the prosecutor the whole time.
