ОтветитьИС-28, привет!!
ОтветитьThe vowel sounds are the tricky part for students. For instance in spanish we have one sound per vowel "a,e,i,o,u" so when reading it's easy-peasy knowing how to pronounce all of them, even if you're studying spanish. But in english it's the opposite. And I'll never ever understand why you need 12 or even more vowels.
For me in "sit" I would use a short "i" but, and here is the funny stuff, when I hear an english native speaker saying "sit" and "set", I really can't tell both word, just hear an "e". That also applies on the endings "-ing", I mean for me it's just that, an "i", but no, when listening I figure out it's sound more like and "e". So I don't know how with sound is right and which one wrong. Your language is quite confusing on that stuffs. I wish all this was simplified.
What accent British or American?
ОтветитьFrom which book you get these notes from ?
