This is a speech tht holds some truth to it, and that is ironically hard to understand or even willing to be understood by the very person who needs it the most, so laying that there

When Jesus stated: "Love your neighbor as yourself" - he meant that you should have equal concern for the comfort of your neighbor as you have for your own.

It also means that whatever you wish on to other people you would be happy to have wished on yourself in like manner.

It means that you must think the thoughts about others which you would be happy for them to think about you!

It means that your entire consciousness should be directed at caring, concern for others, no matter what they may be doing hurtful against yourself. All human beings are living in a jungle of human desires, goals, frailties, disappointments, angers and frustrations. Out of this war-torn consciousness come many weak and ill-judged responses and actions.

Therefore, behold the frailty, forgive the unkindness and let it go back into the nothingness out of which it came. The only TRUTH and REALITY in life is Universal Consciousness Intelligence/Love. Hold fast to this realisation at all times.

Become the person you are preparing to receive! All we will ever know is our selves in any situation no matter who we are with. We weren’t designed to live through anybody’s experiences accept our own.

Gosh, not only does Jordan give you good advice that could really help, man doesn't serve it to you softly- he pushes it into you with harsh and bold but true words. The harshness makes you actually think, unlike therapy in some ways.

How to treat yourself better ... is to stop believing that a god exists that is watching and judging your every thought and deed.

Mentally, I wasn't at all able to leave religion behind until I was 70 years of age, as I figured that if most people on earth believed that the universe was created, it just had to be true.

Then I heard about the scientist Stephen Hawking's theory ... about the universe having no beginning and no end ... and that made sense to me. That dispelled the creator myth ... no creator ... no plan involved ... and I then could believe that energy and consciousness always existed … and that suffering of all forms of life ... is natural.

I agree...I hate the hateful, unfair things people do! But I still try to see the good in them...male, female, black, white. I always try to treat myself well.

We are flawed. But ppl who watch this are self reflectiv. But if other ppl are flawed too, than there is no real connection. So why should I straighten myself out, if the only person who understands, are ppl in the same boat? You would have to unflaw your partner as well. And that seems kinda impossible.
