Why is midjourney so horrific to use? Is it really just the best solution for them to scale (relying on discord servers and not having to design an UX etc) - or is it intentionally like this to throttle usage / keep less technical people off? It is truly horrific

At the moment I am using the basic membership. If I generate some work -
I use one of my 200 image credits. If I ask for a variation of that image. Does that use another one of my 200 image credits?

I would like to WARN everyone that MIDJOURNEY no longer has a trial version. Also if you SUSCRIBE your subscription may never be activated because the subscription section is run by volunteers. The subscription is for 1 YEAR even if it gives you the feeling that it is a monthly subscription - MISLEADING!

And if you - like me - are trying to find out why the software is not working, a few hours you will find thousands of post with people with the same problem online, but no Customer Support because it's only available for MEMBERS!!!! So if your subscription after paying having been actives then you will never be able to let them know about!!!

I just spent a whole working day trying to generate 1 single image . NEVER HAPPENED!

The whole process left me exhausted mentally and anxious. Funny it's mental health week 😂.

So only subscribe if you like like to bet.

It never lets me try it for free. Tells me there is too much traffic and try again later or subscribe. >:(

midjourner is just so complicated to even join, they are going to change completely or they won't survive as easier browser platforns wipe them out, i joined discord, went to midjourney and its stick on YOU MUST START ONBOARDING...WTF does that even mean...paying customers won't subscripe to geeky crapsites

I hate the fact that this runs only on a chat platform soooo much. It really should be its own independent SAAS
