I don't get how Baryon Mode Naruto isn't a DLC character. His moveset is way too bizarre!

This Baryon Mode is manga/anime accurate. The Mode is quite literally only a speed boost with one passive ability.

One thing I really hate is how stiff the baryon mode tassels are, like the top ones barley have any movement to them. It’s a nitpick but I thought the coolest aspect of the form was how the 9 red tails moved during it lol
