I hate to be a buzz kill, but it stands out to me that they still live in the same place and have the same business, but he said he tried to find them all of these years. He didn't think to go to their home or business?
Seems like he just forgot about them and didn't make any effort to repay them or thank them.

Steve is such a despicable phony. After he made it big he never thanked those folks. He couldn't take the time in all those years to pay them back.

I don’t know what to believe anymore. Very touching video not gonna lie, but it’s been ten years. After a moment like this there would be a follow up video of the moment they reunite face to face. Maybe didn’t want to share such a personal moment for the world to see I get it, but after making this public..
