OBD2 scanner won't connect to ECU follow these easy steps

I have a 2010 accord..obd2 reads error. The car cranks but doesnt turn over. Replaced the fuel pump relay I changed the fuel pump/crank position sensor/spark plugs and NOTHING. I put the jumper cables on the fuel pump directly to give it direct power. It works. But when i dont...the fuel pump doesnt have power. I even changed my ecu because the dash doesnt show the green key (for the anti theft). Where the car is not communicating with the immobilizer. What could it be?? Please help

I have a crank no start after a fresh engine It's a no spark issue and no communication to the ECU. I've checked every spark, fuel and Air line under the hood everything looks physically fine.
I also have high resistance at the fuel pump from my multimeter.
I never had these issues before the engine was pulled the car started just fine.
What do you think it could be?

Mine works fine but when I do like a deeper scan it says communication failure and to check if my car is on etc.

Where do you get the car electrical schematics, I need schematics for Hyundai Getz 2008, please

It can power it but it wont connect to the ecu

can a low battery create problems connecting to the ECM? I can connect with my BaFX scanner via bluetooth and my android cell phone. but I just went to jiffy lube to get an emissions test and they said their scanner would not communicate with my ECM.

Hay mine has power but does not give me any information back from the car, it's a 2003 ford Fiesta almost exactly as the bantam and apparently it's the same chassi as the first Ka but can't seem to get is working but I do know where the fuse is for It as I unplugged it so see when it go's off as my car manual only has 2 fuse panels in it but it actually has one more behind the center box and also not sure what it is all for, my manual also stats that the diagnostic fuse is at number 2 fuse but it turn off with fuse 22 , can you help me please?

PLEASE HELP ME! I put a jumper(paperclip) between #4 and #8 on the OBD2 on my 03 cadillac seville to program a new key fob, and since mine didn't have an 8 I decided to try #7(dumb move) now my Trunk/fuel door bottons dont work and just realized today that My OBD2 isn't working either. Ive already checked every single fuse and relay and still nothing. Everything else works good so I doubt it if I nessed up the computer. What else can I check. Thanks
