Is video codec (h.264 and h.265) a premium feature for android?
it doesn't show up on my phone

Somebody please help. When I go into the gallery where you choose new videos to create a new project, it is all clogged up with a whole bunch of my previously made projects. How do I delete all of those to simplify the process of choosing videos from my gallery?
