Fix Windows Update in 60 Seconds

Or just never update windows it' take so long to update even more faster if i installed windows from beginning

i did everything literally everyrthing far more than you could imagine but windows still wont update. i would have to reset windows but icant its a company computer

Windows keeps trying to do an update but this shitty os keeps failing. It says we couldn’t complete updates. This makes a boot time from about 5 seconds to about 20 minutes. I am not joking, one time, it took 45 minutes

It stalls out at deleting the old software distribution backup copies .. Then it said it couldnt find a backup file

My issue is the organization's policy will not let me update. The issue is with getting updates for other Microsoft products.

I didnt get error codes the last 2 times, but I lost several documents, the 85%of what Inhad on desktop and more than 1000fonts.
Microsoft was not able to fix it.
No recovery system was able to find files to recover. It was a disaster.
I tested the disk, it is 100% effective and working. No one knows what’s occurred.
P.S. needles to say: no viruses/malwares etc.

The biggest issue with Windows Update is that it runs automatically and can't be stopped on Windows Home Edition. The they add "features" that you don't want!

Thanx for the video but it didn't work on my wife's Win 10 home laptop. Tried this method 2 times and other methods that I found but still get an error message. Will wait a couple of weeks as maybe it is a bad update.

There is an easy way to fix this. You just need to run the disk cleaner and delete the windows update files and other unimportant files and restart after. You can try to do the update or run the troubleshoot after the restart but that’s the easy way to fix this
