I have a Swiss made invicta from 15 yrs ago when they good quality looks identical has never given me an issue where as my brothers submariner has been in and out for repairs he no longer wears it

Nice watch! Congrats - marked is changing currently, for example the watch you bought is just a few hundred euros above liste price at the grey market…we will see how it will be in a few months! I had the chance to get this submariner in full gold at Ibiza 3 months ago - but same for that…just a few hundred euros “profit” if you would like to sell it 😢

I bought mine 21 years ago at a AD in St. Martin(F.W.I.) for $5k, stopped in last year to have a repair done on it, the same watch is now $12k and yes they have them (and other models) for sale.

You have to pay for taxes in your country though, right?

Two tone subs are almost always available for sale. I was in Corfu, Greece 10 days ago and there's a new AD there. Two tone sub was available, but I wanted the black one ... so no watch for me I guess :D

What a scam!
Imagine shopping for a car, and the dealer shows you your preferred model with AC, leather seats, top of the range audio, 500bhp engine……and then once you’ve paid for it, the dealer removes all the goodies and installs a 1.6 diesel engine.
Once she’d taken off all the stickers, I’d turn around and say “Actually, I’ve had a rethink, and before I accept this item I’d like my money back”.

He won't tell how much he paid. When coming back home he realized that the price paid is the regular retail price. Everybody knows duty free stores inflate prices pre tax discount. lol
