Does the traffic shaping policy worked without congestion on the circuit, seems like you're limiting the bandwidth utilization for the user even when there is no high utilization or congestion on the circuit. Please clarify as i have read that QoS kicks in only when there is high utilization on the circuit.

For the Outgoing Interface, what should I select if I actually have an SD-WAN interface composing of two interfaces (wan1 and wan2)? Should I select SD-WAN as the outgoing interface, or should I select both wan1 and wan2 as the outgoing interface? Thanks!

Hi, I was told to create HA for Fortigate VM's(resides in AWS two different availability zones). The challenge i came across is that, There is a IPSec connection from one Virtual appliance to a customer firewall. Each time whenever the Virtual appliance goes down, We will be swapping the Elastic IP from one instance to another. Is there a way to automate this with Fortinet native solution? Your response is highly appreciated!!
