How to use MTK Client to flash Mediatek firmware

I am trying to flash TWRP recovery and the flash gots sucessful but after reboot it is getting replaced by STOCK recovery..... Please help

I flashed it using the python mtk-gui command and selected a folder and it updated everything turning on the phone still doesn't want to turn on

Hello, I was wondering if there is any way to install MTK client for windows without internet?
I have no access on my computer and downloading the repo isn't an option
Is it possible for someone to upload their installed directory online for me to use?
I can't find a copy of one anywhere!
If you could link me to a complete installed zip and where to place it in the directory that would be amazing!
