Quick Killer Guide - The Plague | Dead by Daylight

I discovered the fun and potential of the Plague just today for a daily challenge, tis a shame, but now I can become covid-19 personified

In end game you can vomit on those gate consoles. And whenever they try to open the gate, you will se their state to change (if they were healthy)

the algorithm gets some things right, i was thinking about getting plague and i would have never watched a guide without it showing in my recomended

This killer is the 101 class of BAD DESIGN. You can not expect to make it so easy for the killer to infect everyone and then punish you for cleansing it. This is by far the most unfun killer to play against IMO.

Something I don't quite understand.
You say that if you hit a survivor just a little bit, survivor will get fully infected by moving around, running, doing gens, etc. Is there a reason why I'd want to infect them further BEFORE having the red vomit?

She has a bad early game and a game late game, and needs to actually ignore being in M1 range to puke on them for (eventually) the equivalent of an M1, all to get a power that's a slightly longer range M1 that doesn't really work if targets are in jungle gyms. Meanwhile, survivors can just Prove Thyself obliterate generators and totally ignore the mechanic, using fountains at their leisure to make you navigate to empty sections of the map, if you want them. Basically, she's an M1 killer that carries her setup killer kit with her. If the stars align, she works great and is almost impossible to deal with. If your early and midgame aren't perfect, she completely falls apart.

When i play plague it looks like 0 downs 0 hooks 0 injuries 1 gen left 2 minutes later quadriple basement hook

Plague seems really strong to me, first three games I played her I got 4ks. It feels like if you play against survivors who keep cleansing it's basically game over. Super fun killer!

Honestly i find playing her a ton a fun in 2022! I just bought her today and i’ve played her for the first time and got 4K’s every game. You keep throwing up on the survivors and they can’t heal themselves making them cure themselves and then getting the corruption and hitting more than 3 survivors that are in the injured state can all go down in one throw up. She is extremely powerful in the right hands.

Funny thing with plague, I can get kills no problem... Getting that merciless though is almost impossible. I just want that stupid adept so i can use other perks

Just switched my main to the plague I’ve been having a BLAST

I always infect generators whenever I’m near them stops sneaky survivors from doing the gen while I’m roaming around to next gens

Should you bother chasing down players has plague or should you just infect and hit once and leave them alone or should you focus

This guide doesn't help if they all cleanse immediately. If they aren't dumb they will take you round loops that you can't hit them with corrupt purge and will also force you to go out of your way to get the fountains.

I just started learning plague, did they take away anyone who unhooks get infected? I see only when people get fully infected on the bottom left.

So, I've noticed that my strafing habits from other games reaaaally fuck me up with this killer. Since the vomit has inertia based on movement, the way I strafe around corners and imagined corners makes it so that I have to aim more than 45 degrees in front of a survivor to catch them running around a tight corner

When you use this for just one match bcs you have archives. I've never played Plague and I'm just about to enter a rank 1 match with bad perks and everything just to do a archive.
