in case i create new company and need to load same data.xml .. how it works?

for pycharm-er, you can add this line to your configuration parameters: -c debian/odoo.conf --dev xml -d your_db_name -u your_module
-dev xml for auto reload sever when you changing XML file, -d your_db_name -u your_module for auto update your module while restarting sever
