ОтветитьI/m slowly building my Apple ecosystem I just got a Mac and I have an iPhone already, I hope to have the Apple Watch soon and an iPad
ОтветитьI can’t even lie I used to dislike the Apple ecosystem, that’s until I was in it. Now I love my phone being in sync with my iPad, and Apple Watch. However I don’t own any Apple computers as I’m not the biggest fan macOS
ОтветитьThe ecosystem is just an illusion. I used to own every Apple product except the home pod back in 2021 and the only ecosystem feature I used was the airdrop and even that I used it rarely because I didn't always have to transfer photos or videos to my Mac. Also, The watch is its own thing, I wouldn't use it to pick up calls or check the weather, The iPhone is far better at doing it, but the iPad and Mac are totally different too since you can't do most of the stuff they can do on the iPhone. All in all the ecosystem seemed like a thing I never used and my friends who had the ecosystem said the same thing.
ОтветитьI agree. Less tech savvy users prefer the simplicity of apples ecosystem. Also the most valid point is that everyone else is still trying to catch up to Apple so why choose an inferior ecosystem?
ОтветитьThis video is exactly why I set out to collect one of every product category, I only have AirTags, and a desktop Mac left. (I am NOT getting the Apple Vision Pro, at least until they make a consumer version, I’m staying with my Oculus Quest.)
Ответитьit irresistible to not be an ifag for me
ОтветитьApple Jail. Been there
ОтветитьThe Apple eco system is probably one of the most expensive ones
ОтветитьThe Android/Samsung eco system is alot better now
ОтветитьAm using iPhone with Fossil Wear OS 😂 I love the watch style and its features. Unfortunately Apple doesn’t offer a circular watch thats why I didn’t buy Apple watch. Ohh and I use Huawei Freebuds 4. I loved it more than apple’s earbuds. Maybe there is something wrong with me 😅
ОтветитьIt's a prison you have to pay for yourself.
ОтветитьThis explains it perfectly. The dilemma I’ve had with this back and forth drove me crazy. I’m currently on the outs with Apple but I’m sure that’s only temporary. I just can’t help it. Apple Ecosystem is so convenient.
ОтветитьHonestly best decision I’ve ever made: picking up the apple ecosystem, just works with top quality
ОтветитьI definitely agree that Apple 🍎 tastes good
ОтветитьApple's ecosystem is so good that many hate it for not having enough customisation. But that is what makes it better. In the military, they make people dress the same, look the same and behave the same. The reason? It lets them focus on the work that needs to be done rather than spending time doing stuff that adds to the hassle of life.
Ответитьi like my samsung galaxy and windows laptop, but apples doing really well with this ecosystem game. its not something i ever wanna buy unless im collecting vintage apple tech, but it is respectable
ОтветитьI love apple apple eco system makes my user experience easier!!! I have apple product expect the HomePod
ОтветитьWhy not talk about the Samsung ecosystem? Imo they're pretty close to apple ecosystem wise. I have a s21+, a galaxy watch 4, galaxy buds 2 pro, and a tab s7 and they work seamlessly. The level of customization is completely unmatched imo, and the galaxy buds also just pop up on my phone to pair immediately. Apple does have better laptop integration tho
ОтветитьAndroid ecosystem: Am I joke to you?
ОтветитьI’m in the Apple eco system apart from my computer - sorry but Mac’s just don’t do gaming as well as a pc
ОтветитьBuying into the apple ecosystem was the Best investment ever
ОтветитьI am in the Galaxy Ecosystem
ОтветитьIt's cool until you want to try a single product outside the Ecosystem, then you realise it is VERY much a Walled Garden with very little if any regard to compatibility with other ecosystems.
How come other Android ecosystems however try to build in compatibility with Apple as much as possible to let their products work with Apple products, but Apple won't to the same?
I just have an ipad pro m1 and iPhone 13 mini. I used to have the 2018 Touch Bar macbook but i sold it to join the whole “ipad replaces computer” thing. Honestly it has, its been fine. There’s only a few times ill say “damn, wish i had macOS”. But its not a huge deal.
ОтветитьMeanwhile being a part of the “ecosystem” is okay, I will never in my life understand why people need to upgrade their devices everytime a new one releases. If it still works and runs well, why would you replace it? To fit with the others? I dont get it.
ОтветитьThere is nothing like the apple ecosystem
ОтветитьIt should be made illegal to tie a wearable to a specific brand of smartphone. How is this allowed in the first place? To use Apple Watch you have to buy an iPhone and then the Watch itself????
ОтветитьExpensive products but damn that ecosystem is so well built that I don’t mind the walled garden it creates. I have an Apple One Premium subscription with an iPhone and MacBook Air (2017 but it functions) and it’s so convenient
Ответитьagreed!
ОтветитьEveryone wants to get into the Apple ecosystem
Until they see the price
I've been using Windows PCs/laptops for nearly 20 years, but for the past 11 years I've slowly been pulled into Apple's cult...I mean, ecosystem! 😆 Started with the iPod nano and Shuffle. In '18, I took the plunge into tablets and bought an iPad Mini 4. Soon I was using that more than my HP laptop. And when I upgraded from a very old LG phone to an iPhone 8 Plus a year later, it was glorious. It took me a week to adapt to my iPad, but a day for the phone. Everything was so seamless and intuitive. My laptop is nearing the end of its life, and I'm now asking myself, MacBook or iMac?
My experience with Apple goes back even further than with PC. The first computer I used...was an Apple IIe. 😆
I couldn't even afford the iPhone in the first place
ОтветитьWatching on an ipad
ОтветитьI’m in the Apple ecosystem because of how seamless it is. Everything saves on one account, no matter if you’re on the Mac or the iPhone. Android makes that virtually impossible to easily switch from one device to another
ОтветитьThe Apple Ecosystem is hard to hate. Besides the price, it truly is hard to hate. Each piece seamlessly connects.
Imagine you have a macbook, an apple watch and an iPhone. You can communicate with your macbook, your apple watch and your iPhone. You can use the iPhone to find the others, same goes for the other 2.
Overall as long as you can overcome that price problem you're probably set for a seamless and secure experience.
I disagree with the people who view the ecosystem as a prison. I personally really dont like the iPhone but love macs. I would switch back to samsung in an instant if it wasnt for the ecosystem. However, it is because I see value in the ecosystem that I dont. Yea, if the ecosystem didnt exist the choice would be easier for me, but it doesnt mean I would have the best experience.
ОтветитьStallman was right
ОтветитьThe best way to figure it out is:
Apple is fascism. Control everything, and limit user choice.
Android/Windows etc is communism.
Choice, and accomodations to one's needs.
If an intire family is an apple fan, how can apple decide where to put the stuff u did in the watch? Because they dont know wich product is yours and wich is your other members of the families product?
ОтветитьI just freaking love apple products it’s expensive but worth buying everything they come out with❤️🍎
ОтветитьAfter a quick calculation of the poll's percentage there will be 101% in total xD
Ответитьbeautiful explained
ОтветитьI was Android till about 2 years ago and then went to Apple must be honest having only Apple products makes things so much easier. Mac book, iPad, iPhone, Apple Watch, AirPods, home pod, Apple TV, air tags doesn’t matter life is just easier.
ОтветитьI won't enjoy a puzzle with missing piece, do it's not a good analogy with apple. I like apple product but I don't get upset with not having a iMac/macbook for past 15 years.
