A warning to anyone trying to start the infusion for the boots: you'll need a vanilla fish for the recipe, even if NEI tells you a raw eel will be fine - it is not. The infusion will not start

Yes to putting stuff in a chest before using the crucible. I lost my best pickaxe to learn that lesson.

Word of advice. Complete the Twilight Forest progression and turn the lamp of cinders in to the quest book. It gives you a cleaver with 19 base modifiers, and it’s made of paper (something the player can’t do), meaning it has 20 modifiers.

oh god definitely one of those cases where preventing it was way better than fixing it

It's been so long since I've watched someone play with thaumcraft. This episode just adds nostalgia to the already great series!

A heads up for higher instability infusions, i would highly recommend having excess aspects and spares for the cheaper items involved in the infusion so that if the worst happens, you have time to fix and finish the ritual without losing all the items consumed up to the point of failure

hey three if you ever need help with thaumcraft you should really talk to purplik. you might remember them from your breif time on the kappar server, but theyre our local TC enthusiast. they are basically an encyclopedia for TC4 and TC6

Abseloutely nailed the comedy in the middle to the end with the sarcasm! I was genuinely entertained by it. Love the "threefold" uses and "concrete" reasons while you were sprinting on concrete xD

I never really liked playing with magic mods, but this was a good informer of what Thaumcraft is like. Now I get all the people complaining about the tediousness of Thaumcraft research!

Bone meal for growing primal shrooms is not the easiest way, they grow pretty fast with watering can from extra utilities. And watering can is infinite.

Fun fact about the cotton, if you punch them instead of harvesting them, the cotton pops off on the first punch just like a harvest but they stay big, so they grow faster

Thaumcraft is always one of those mods i love to play around with but is just slightly never useful enough in other packs for me to invest into. Mainly because i play simpler modpacks. I cant wait for it to be ported to 1.18 because it seems like magic mods are the perfect kind of companion to things like create without needing too much change requiring them to be parts of other recipes.

The arcane litmus paper is an easy way to look at how much of each kind of warp that one has. You can save time counting it yourself by using that paper. One of the quests gives 16 for free and they can be used multiple times.

@threefold, You can remove all purple liquid from thaum crucible just place many signs. And liquid nowhere to spawn
