ОтветитьHi, really appreciate your channel and in particular am liking the financial advice ones so thank you. I'm wondering if your suggestions, recommendations, etc. apply to Canadians as well?
Also loving the little doggie visits at the end of some of your videos :)
I love MPLA’s. Thank you.
ОтветитьI have a question - please answer-
So I have MPLX and SCHD and I have started to grow them as dividend stock.
How do you pay taxes on these are they ordinary income? How does that work? I'm not sure the difference between ordinary and qualified dividends... Do I just have to hold a dividend for more than 60 days for it to become qualified?
How does it work for you if you don't mind saying..
I love that you are a millionaire. Well done
ОтветитьHave you looked into PBR Petrobas Brazilian oil I would ❤️ if you made a video about it!!?
Ответитьexcellent... thank you for sharing. also to everyone else... her book is an excellent gift to your high school age friends. i wish i had this info at that age. ♥

ОтветитьI'm 49 so does it make since to buy into coke at my age?
ОтветитьI really enjoyed the presentation, and the info.
ОтветитьI am trying to avoid making any new buys at this point in other not to get sucked into a bear market trap. It's tough making money in stocks when institutional investors are the driving force behind the selling.. although I read an article of people that grossed profits up to $150k during this crash, what are the best stocks to buy now or put on a watchlist?
ОтветитьHi, can I invest in these companies on my own or do I need to hire a financial planner?
Ответить$1,500 every month $18,000 per year at 16% annual yield is $120,000 dollars invested in 3 dividend stocks.
ОтветитьSweet dogs❤❤❤❤❤
Ответить❤ thank you so much from all of us who were never tought any of this.
ОтветитьTrue confession: I am a very hard worker and have two degrees. I enjoy learning about many things. Investing is intimidating and always has been. We have had two different financial planners. Yuck. We are not in stock market now. We are frugal, debt free seniors with no confidence in the market. You have given me a little push to study and not so emotionally frozen.
ОтветитьGreat info ty
ОтветитьI don't think its about the dividends its about the stock value. Not the price its trading for but the track record. If for example it has a no dividend yeild but goes up by 20 percent per year just sell off excess to get that dividend yeild you would have got plus more. Thats how i do it anyway now.
ОтветитьVery informative video. I can learn a lot from you!
ОтветитьI worked for the company that bought Beamis, it was really cool to hear you mention them. 😊
ОтветитьI didn't hear much advice, but she did identify SCHD, which is fine, at 3..4%, and talked of some CD that was paying 4.2%. I will extrapolate and estimate she has something paying 5%....just a guess. If these are equal weight she is getting 4.2% on average. The title claims she gets 1,500 per month, which is $18K per year. 18K per year from 4.2% means she has investments of around $428K invested. I am not saying she does or doesn't, but the "hook" in the title of 1,500 per month can be misleading because most folks don't have $428K to invest in dividend stocks or funds. Dividends are GREAT, and can be more appropriate and different age levels. Look past the basic numbers and understand the math.
ОтветитьBuy lufax holdings when it's down
ОтветитьArmoured residential reit try that one
ОтветитьSJT
ОтветитьLike Warren Buffet said, dividends are only good if the business you’re investing into can’t make good use of that capital. So if you’re trying to invest into businesses with actual growth, looking at dividends is a waste of time. Why are you investing into a company if they’re returning capital to you because they think you can make better use if it than they can. It’s not much different from bond investing. The way I see it if you have a $1 million at some point, that’d be enough to create a portfolio that would pay you between 50k-70k in dividend income..
ОтветитьThanks for sharing
ОтветитьMillionaire, on $1,500 a month
ОтветитьHi there, thank your for your tips. How much should I invest to have 1500 monthly?
ОтветитьThank you for sharing Princess
ОтветитьGreat info. Thanks for sharing. I love SCHD
ОтветитьKO Great
AMCR dividend falling each dividend term
MPLX never heard of them but nice dividend history
T could be a great dividend stock. Their management is just so stupid and made every idiot mistake you could make the last 10+ years.
Bought Direct TV at its high. Bought Warner Media just before Covid and the shut down of theaters, etc
Yes, Covid wasn’t their fault but it still happened. I think they will now stabilize going forward but they need a new cost conscious team and hopefully they have it now.
How do I start investing? Do I need a financial advisor? Do you sign up for a trading account on eTrade or which one is best? Can I do it on my own? Can I get started with 5K? Thanks
Ответить"It's really hard to give everybody financial advice because everyone's needs are different."
But I thought this wasn't financial advice? 🤔😏😂
Hi loved your video first one seen. I am 69 and do not understand anything about stock and have been wanting to hire an advisor but how do you know that they are trustworthy? This scares me big time !! 🥴 thanks 😊
Ответитьyour K9 stole the video....Sorry
ОтветитьOf course no one will ever fault KO; nor will I. But AMCR has a high debt to equity ratio. MPLX pays out over 75% in profits to cover the dividend. They're dangerously close to paying you with your own money princess..
ОтветитьDividends motivated me to begin investing in the stock market. What counts, in my opinion, is that if you invest and make additional money in addition to dividends, you will be able to live off of dividends without selling. It indicates that you can pass that on to your offspring, giving them a head start in life. I've invested over $600,000 in dividend stocks throughout the years and will continue to do so until the price falls even lower.
ОтветитьOutlandishly high dividends are mostly outlandishly high risk, just sayin'...watch out for 'dividends' that are partly 'return of capital'..... 🤨
ОтветитьT and VZ are where investments go to die a slow death.
ОтветитьMPLX is a Limited partnership, which has unique tax requirements, so people should probably be aware of that. I like the company and it has performed well, but it's something you may want to discuss with your accountant before purchase.
ОтветитьAAPL MSFT ABBV QYLD
ОтветитьI have SBLK, pays 27%. Dry bulk hipping company. Very happy with the returns and the stock price has held up well in this current drama.
