How to install Nextcloud on Ubuntu 22.04

hello, why i cannot entering and connect my ip address in a broweser, browser said "This site cant be reached"

I cannot unzip the nextcloud folder, can u give me any suggestions on how to unzip it

When entering my ip in a browser it states that This version of Nextcloud is not compatible with PHP>=8.2. You are currently running 8.2.5. How do I update this?

Hi - Thanks for the tutorial. It worked for my home use now.
Just a side note. Had to use sudo in front of all the commands provided as I cant login as 'root'. Another note of interest files size uploads - so far work 120+ MB for some my vid files.
Maybe thinking of DNS it some day.
