I was on the Brilliance of the Seas (Royal Caribbean) when it went into Venice to dock. It was quite an amazing thing. We got in docked, and departed the next day with no issues.

A dock is where a ship ties up in the WATER next to a PIER.

That first video could have been filmed much better.
