So many absolutely amazing waves. But my favorite wave this winter that amazed me when it happened and now when I saw it again was Nathan’s early season backdoor wave. Absolutely critical. Clean drop, Super deep, doggy door. A beaut.

I think the judges may have had some remorse not giving it to Mark last year, so this was a make-up call. Marks wave last year was 10x better than this.
