When I was doing this boss fight tonight, I didnt know more taken knights spawn while having the weaver orb equipped still while shooting the boss, i kinda gave up on it and might hop on back again to do it, thank you for the help on it, I need to complete this raid because I didn't complete the raid back on Destiny 1

Can you have designated night killers still or does everyone have to do it?

why would you hop up on the left side? You don't have to be on the platform during the oculus... You just have to be in the shadow of the obelisk so you can just be at the base of it... Sounds like wasting time to me.

I kept getting close to beating this never mind challenge, people kept messing up third pillar call outs after two damage phases

The false information for challenge mode is what did my team in. Everyone had it wrong which sucks. The brand must be exchanged within 5 seconds after killing the knight. is what the challenge actually was. I am honestly tilted about this. Bungie should reveal the challenges after the first team clears the raid. 1. Once the first team does it its not a secret anymore. 2. It stops false information from spreading. 3. We don't want to have another Last Wish day 1. But whatever plenty of people got it done with the same false information my team had. We were just worse.

What I did with my team was finishing the 2 wizards on the left and right to make heavy bricks. Dps was no problem. I had to do the warpriest on challenge twice bc my teammate Disconnected but it was no problem

Almost got him on our first run through. Just not enough DPS. Linear Fusions seemed to be the best but ammo is super stingy.

After 3 hours we used lament and got ot 2nd try

We spent quite a lot of time on Warpriest, both on normal contest and challenge runs. Once we got past Warpriest challenge, the rest was easy

I remember when he was small time and used to play a variety of games , I would even played with him sometimes now he’s made a sizable channel congrats G.❤

I dunno what we're doing wrong. Sometimes the plates ignite even If its the right one we stepped one.

We got normal warpriest but the challenge was enough to do me in. Definitely hate this guy now.

Honestly one of the worst day 1 raid encounters, a combination of rng and a huge damage check

Wait the knights can’t spawn on the last plate stepped on? That happened to my team a lot when we were running it and it honestly made it much easier

The biggest problem for my fireteam was dps. I don't know why tho cause we were using div, well and linears. Even after 4 dps phases he had like 1/4 health left.

The Knights were our biggest problem. The knight spawning on the other side of the room was impossible to get

majority of imbeciles in fireteams will be hunters with pvp mods and 10 resilience as always with rocket launcher reserves instead resistance mods

Pure rng , if a knight spawns on left that’s it you might as well wipe
